Rock N Roll

When i think of rock n roll the first things that come to mind are Elvis Presley, drugs, groupies and electric guitars. Growing up i was always under the impression that Elvis was the king of rock n roll. I didn't know that rock n roll incorporated so many different types of music such as blues, country, r&b etc.

The reason why i think of drugs and groupies is mainly because i have seen movies and seen the media showing how drugs can be involved with many rock stars. Money, fame, and also pressure i think leads to many bad decisions. As seen in the movie Walk the line Johnny Cash Looked like he was under so much pressure with writing music and his family he resorted to doing drugs. It was probably hard not to do it because also everyone around him was doing it.
