Ive noticed that after rock and roll, music was greatly influenced by the UK. Many bands and musicians came from the UK to America to try to push their music and ended up becoming very successful. These bands all came in waves in the same time frame. This happened at many points with different genres such as rock, punk, and metal. It seems like the UK has had the biggest influence on our music as another country.
