walk the line

Before I watched the movie, walk the line, i totally didn't know about Johnny Cash and his music. Unlike America, country music and rock and roll wasn't popular in my culture. anyway, I think this movie is more focus on Johnny Cash's love story with June than his music, unlike Ray, because Ray is more based on how Ray overcame his hardship and became a great singer. Johnny Cash had such a hard life because his lovely brother died in accident, and his family disagreed to his musical activities, and drug addition. However, June Carter helped Johnny Cash to overcame this problems. This movie is more based on June and Johnny Cash's relationship like how did they meet and how did they developed their relationship. Some people think Johnny Cash is a kind of womanizer and betrayed his wife, but I think Johnny Cash might needed someone who could support him as singer. So far, this movie was a great, I think actors and actress had great performance even though they were not professional singers. The songs were good as original version.
