I found the Tin Pan Alley lectures very interesting. I noticed that in the beginning of the class, the music being played made me feel different, made me feel relaxed and happy.
I think it's a shame that we don't have more musicians like Michael Buble and John Stevens who can sound like a Bing Crosby, or a Frank Sinatra. It would be nice to see Tin Pan Alley songs become popular again, or even be talked about more. Before lecture, I knew very little about Tin Pan Alley songs, and I think it's like that with a lot of people. That should change.
