The Invasion

The British Invasion was a moment in time where rock n roll was helped to be internationalized and it was a huge impact on music. Famous bands such as The Beatles, The Who and The Rolling Stones have paved the way for many groups such as influence and inspiration. By traveling across the "pond" and doing very well in the United States, it showed other groups that it was possible to succeed in another country.

My favorite band that came across the pond during the British Invasion was by far the The Rolling Stones. Songs like "Paint it Black", "Shelter", "Satisfaction", "You Cant Always Get What You Need" are just some of the many great hits and in my opinion are way better then songs like Yellow Submarine and such. Their style of music is a unique blend of many different types which makes them that much better because they were something different.
