Swing

i really liked the movie swing kids when i was in middle school. The movie was set in Germany of the 1930s. It was about a group of young boys and girls expressing themselves in Swing music, and opposing the National-Socialist ideology, especially the Hitlerjugend. To them, swing music is a way to resist the national-socialism, and their lives in general. I still think it is an interesting movie, but i wonder if it is an accurate depiction of the swing culture? anyone who has seen it maybe?
