Hey, gotta say, I love Ray. Im glad we got to see some of this neat movie in class. I think its kind of sad how many people tried to take advantage of him because of his blindness. Despite this, Ray didnt take no guff. He did not allow people to take advantage of his disability, and was ever-ready to throw down with those who he thought were trying to dupe him. Im glad to see that his talent and music was appreciated despite the prejudices towards the disabled. Anyone in class who hasnt seen the whole movie should make it a point to watch it. Good stuff.
I absolutely love this movie as well-and I think Jamie Fox was amazing as Ray. You might be interested in reading some of the reviews on the movie Thomas-if I remember the specific locations of where I found them, I'll let you know.
